Synthia Stoffer, JUNO founder, was the first female Krav Maga instructor in the Netherlands (2005). After a career as a competitive swimmer, she turned to Krav Maga, training in Israel, Switzerland, and the U.S. Today, she holds a 3rd degree Black Belt and is one the highest-ranked woman in Krav Maga, Worldwide.
Synthia believes women need a different approach to self-defense, considering unique psychological and physical factors. JUNO combines mental and physical training, focusing on holistic defense strategies.

Synthia Stoffer, oprichter van JUNO, was de eerste vrouwelijke Krav Maga-instructeur in Nederland (2005). Na een carrière als wedstrijdzwemster, ontdekte ze Krav Maga en trainde in Israël, Zwitserland en de VS. Tegenwoordig heeft ze een 3e Dan Zwarte Band en is ze één van de hoogstgeklasseerde vrouw in Krav Maga, wereldwijd.
Synthia gelooft dat vrouwen een andere benadering van zelfverdediging nodig hebben, gezien de unieke psychologische en fysieke factoren. JUNO combineert mentale en fysieke training, met focus op holistische verdedigingsstrategieën.
